Sunday, June 16th
- Arrive at Boston’s Logan International Airport
- Travel by taxi to the conference hotel, The Hyatt Regency Cambridge, 575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA 02139
- 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Optional workshops. Those who wish to attend may need to arrive on Saturday, June 15th. Workshop cost included in registration fee
- Workshop #1: The Role of Open Educational Resources in Making Education Available to All
- Workshop #2: A Flipped Workshop: State-of-Art Technologies for the Flipped Classroom
- 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM: Campus Tour
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Welcoming Reception at the Hyatt Regency Hotel’s Empress Ballroom
Monday, June 17th
- 7:45 AM – 8:15 AM: Continental breakfast served in MIT’s Lobby 13
- 8:15 AM: The 2013 MIT LINC Conference begins in MIT Room 10-250
- 8:45 AM – 11:45: AM: Plenary Session
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch is served in the Sala de Puerto Rico of the Stratton Student Center
- 12:30 PM – 1:00: PM: Lunch Speaker
- 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM: Plenary Session in MIT Room 10-250
- 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM: Parallel Sessions
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Conference Reception in the Charles View Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 16th Floor
- 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Conference Dinner in the Charles View Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 16th Floor
Tuesday, June 18th
- 8:00 AM– 8:30 AM: Continental breakfast served in MIT’s Lobby 13
- 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM: Plenary Session in MIT Room 10-250
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch is served in the Sala de Puerto Rico of the Stratton Student Center
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Speaker
- 1:15 PM – 2:45 PM: Plenary Session in MIT Room 10-250
- 3:15 PM – 5:15 PM:Parallel Sessions
- 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Charles River boat tour with light refreshments. Tickets are $50 and must be purchased ahead online when registering or by revisiting your online registration record.
- Alternative activity: Transportation to downtown Boston’s Quincy Market.
Wednesday, June 19th
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Continental Breakfast served in MIT Lobby 13
